Phase 1 | Startup and pre construction

We look forward to answering any inquires you may have. We are accessible through our contact page, email or phone. We will setup to meet with you in person to go over and review your vision of your new Custom home or Laneway home.

Once we have collectively agreed on contracts we will then move forward to pre-construction. We will work with you on the home layout and design to incorporate what you envision. Once finalized we will then submit to the municipal office for development and building permits. We will register your home with the Homeowner Protection Office and 2-5-10 Warranty.


Phase 2 | Foundation and framing

During this phase your house is excavated, leveled and concrete footings are formed ready for concrete pour. A draintile system around the perimeter of your house is installed to ensure ground moisture is removed. All underground services such as domestic water, sanitary and storm will be connected at this time. Framing of your home including exterior, interior and roof trusses will be completed. Municipal inspections will take place during these stages.


Phase 3 | Exterior and Interior construction

This is a busy stage with exterior and interior construction taking place simultaneously. Concrete flooring is poured, walls and ceiling are painted, flooring and cabinetry are installed. Sheathing and exterior installation of stucco, hardy plank or hardy shingle finishes will be carried through. We work closely with you to select fixtures and color palettes ensuring your personal touch and vision comes to life.


Stage 4 | Completion and Possession

All exterior and interior work, landscaping including sidewalks and final inspections are completed. We take pride of our work and stand by it. We will do a walk through to ensure you are happy with your completed home. We will hand you the keys and you are ready to move into your new home.
