We are registered with National Home Warranty and Aviva Insurance Company of Canada. As a prominent home builder we are required to follow a set number of policies, rules and regulations to ensure all Municipal and National Home Warranty inspections are passed. The 2-5-10 Warranty follows the property allowing for additional value if selling.
The warranty coverage for 2-5-10 is as followed:
One year warranty includes coverage for defects in material and workmanship.
Two years warranty includes coverage for main equipment systems including heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.
Five years warranty includes water penetrations through the building envelope.
Ten years warranty coverage includes major structural damage.
